The Directorate General Border Security Force (BSF) has released the employment notification for the recruitment of Constable (Tradesmen) Male in Border Security Force on vacant 1074 posts. The applications are invited from Interested & Eligible candidates to fill the 1074 Tradesman (Cobbler | Tailor | Carpenter | Draughtsman | Painter | Cook | Water Carrier | Washer Man | Barber | Sweeper | Waiter | Mali | Khoji etc.) posts. Candidates applying for the Tradesman mate have to submit application form within 30 days of the publication of the advertisement recruitment.

Applications are invited from Interested/ apt candidates for filling 561vacant post of Constable Tradesmen (Male) recruitment 2017-18 in Border Security Force for the year 2017-18 in the pay band- Rs.5200-20200 + grade pay Rs.2000/- plus usual and admissible allowances. Under the Advertisement No BSF invites the applications upto 11th October 2017.

Eligible & Apt candidates may apply for the BSF Constable (Tradesman) (Only Men) in the prescribed application form by downloading from official website or from given link. Then candidates will have to send the complete application form in all respects along with self- attested passport size photo, admit card, exam fee & self attested photocopies of required relevant copies of documents to the Concerned Headquarter/ RA (refer recruitment notification) under which your state falls so as to reach on or before 11/10/2017.

Application fee-

Each application form should be accompanied by a Demand Draft/postal Order for Rs. 50/- (Fifty) as Examination Fee in favour of Concerned IG/Commandant payable at bank or post office of concerned RAs/Headquarters, under which their state falls. However, fee is exempted for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe & Ex-Servicemen.

Required Eligibility-

Educational Qualification-

Candidates passed Matric or equivalent examination from a recognized board with 2 year experience in respective trade.

One Year Certificate course from ITI/ Vocational Institute with at least One Year experience in the trade OR 2 Year Diploma in ITI in similar trade.

Age Limit– Age should be lie between 18-23 Years as on 01/08/2017

Selection process–

Selection of the candidates will be done through PST/ PET, Document verification , Trade Test, Written Test & Medical Examination. For more details regarding the Selection criteria/ events etc see notification.

Pay Scale–

Selected candidates will get the pay of Rs.5200-20200 + grade pay Rs.2000/-
