Diploma in Elementary Education Eligibility Criteria

The admission will be open to bonafide residents of India.

The minimum for Admission to these courses is as follows:-

D.El.Ed Education Qualification:

Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Recognized Board Institute/ or equivalent examination with five subjects including passed English as one of the subject.

(There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates).

Duration of D.Ed. Course: The D.Ed. programme through regular mode shall be of a minimum period of two academic years.

Admission Through Merit List	Admission through Entrance Exam
Admission Process: The Merit List will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational) and through distribution of seats in each institute Admission shall be done.	Admission Process: The Admissions shall be based on Merit List prepared on the basis of Entrance Test performances of Applicants. Further through Counseling seats will be allotted

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions before filling the online application form at the department/ Institutes/ Councils/ Boards website links. Candidates should submit the Applications within the prescribed time limit.

How to Apply:

Candidates must ensure that all details are correct before the Approve Form button clicked. After approval candidates will not be able to change their personal details. Only they can edit/change the choices. Three Options for Fee Payment have been provided (Bank Challan, Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking (for Bank account holders).

D.Ed Selection Process:

The Applicants through the Publishing of college wise list of admitted candidates on website through Merit of Qualified Examinations/ Entrance Examination will be admitted through Counseling. Candidates after the Announcement of Result/ Merit Lists shall have to Report to concerned college and there will have to finalize the Admission process through submission of Documents/ Fee.

Documents to be submitted at the time of obtaining Admission:

Attested photocopy of 10+2/ Sr.Secondary school certificate issued by Board

Attested photocopy of the secondary certificate as a documentary proof of age and subject passing Languages.

Attested photocopy of the residence certificates/ Categories (OBC/ SC/ ST) Certificates.
