The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) is likely to release the e-Admit Cards Minimum 07 Days before an exact Date (in August 2017) for the Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test / Written Examination is declared. The Central Selection Board of Constable will upload the electronic Admit Cards / Hall Examination Tickets on the Official Website for the Candidates.
CSBC Police Constable in Bihar Police e-Admit Cards
The Candidates found Eligible after scrutiny of their Online Applications as per the CSBC Criteria would be issued Admittance Cards / Hall Examination Tickets for appearing in the Written Examination. The Central Selection Board of Constable shall upload the e-Admit Cards / Hall Tickets for the Candidates.
CSBC Bihar Police Constable OMR Based Written Examination 2017 Scheme:
Post-scrutiny Examination Dates and Admit Card / Hall Download shall be notified.
The Written Test comprising 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions shall carry 300 Marks and the Test shall be of Two Hours Duration. Each Correct Answer would be given Three (03) Marks for a Correct Answer. Minimum Qualifying Marks 30% or 90 Marks out of 300 Marks.
Procedure for Selection:
- Post Online Application Form Scrutiny shall be followed by
- Written Test (followed by Shortlisting / Merit listing)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) carrying Minimum 20 Marks and Maximum 50 Marks
- Shot-Put carrying Minimum 09 Marks and Maximum 25 Marks
- High Jump carrying Minimum 13 Marks and Maximum 25 Marks
- Medical Examination / Physical Fitness Test
- Final Select List / Final Merit List prepared on Sufficient High Marks for recommending the Candidates in the Karagruha Evam Sudhaar Sevayen Nirikshanalaya.
The Central Selection Board of Constable shall prepare Merit List of the Candidates based on their respective performance in Physical Efficiency Test and the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test remains Qualifying only for Recruitment to 9900 Posts mentioned in the Advertisement.
In case of Two or more Candidates having secured Equal Marks in the Physical Efficiency Test, then the Inter-se Merit would be prepared on the basis of the Date of Birth of the Candidates;
In case of TIE in the Equal Marks and Similar Date of Birth persisting then the Merit List shall be drawn up based on the Aggregate Marks awarded to the Candidates in the Physical Efficiency Test consisting of Race, High Jump and Shot-Put Events.
Thus, the Candidates with Equal Marks in the Physical Efficiency Test;
AND
In case of Two or more Candidates having obtained Equal Marks and similar Date of Birth; then the Candidates having Higher Educational Qualification shall be placed on the MERIT LIST
The Candidate shall not be given Exemption / Relaxation in the Minimum Set Criteria for the Candidates.
