Takes cognizance of the Federal Bank Recruitment Board (FBRB) Notified Recruitment to the Posts of Probationary Officers in Scale I, for which a Computer Based Online Aptitude Test was conducted on the 24th of September 2017 and would like to state post Online Aptitude Test comprising Announcement of the Result, Issuance of the e-Call Letters, Dates for Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD & PI) in the subsequent Paragraphs:
While referring to Federal Bank Notified Probationary Officer Scale I Recruitment Online Aptitude Test held on the 24th of September 2017, we look forward to Federal Bank Recruitment Cell to declare the Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in conjunction with announcement of the Result for the Probationary Officer Scale – I Online Aptitude Test carrying Maximum 150 Marks.
Federal Bank Recruitment Board shall stipulate the Minimum Qualifying Marks as well Minimum Aggregate to be obtained in each Test of the Computer Based Online Test by the Examinees.

Recruitment process for the post of Officers & Clerks
Dates of online assessments: Officers – 24.09.2017 (Sunday)
Only those Candidates who will have secured either Equivalent to or Higher than both Minimum Percentile Marks in each Test and Minimum Marks in Aggregate as determined by Federal Bank shall be SHORTLISTED for subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview selection to the Posts of Probationary Officer Scale – I.
We do anticipate Federal Bank Recruitment Board to announce prior to November 2017 the Result for the Computer Based Aptitude Test for Probationary Officer Scale I.
Federal Bank PO Expected Cut Off 2017
Selection to the Posts of Probationary Officer Scale – I to be carried out by Federal Bank Recruitment Board shall be based on the Final Select List drawn up in concurrence with Announcement of the Result in order of Merit taking into consideration Maximum Marks / Sufficient High Marks secured by the Candidates both in the Computer Based Online Aptitude Test and Group Discussion and Personal Interview taken together.
Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other Mode of Selection to be decided by the Bank. The Process will be conducted in various Centers depending upon the number of the Candidates.
Only the Shortlisted Candidates will be called for the Second Phase of the Selection Process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI). Shortlisting of the Candidates will be made on the basis of their individual Performance in the Computer Based Online Aptitude Test (CBOAT).
The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of the Candidates for Group Discussion & Personal Interview, after Shortlisting as aforesaid.
