The Indian Navy is likely to announce for Entry of Engineers/ Post Graduates in Executive Branch (Sports) on Short Service Commission. Indian Navy for the Commencement of June 2018 Course in Indian Naval Academy, Azimala (Kerala) invites the Applications from Unmarried Indian Eligible Candidates on Short Service Commission. The Applicants by ensuring the eligibility further shall submit their Applications at the address mentioned hereunder. The Online Applications from the eligible Engineers/ Post Graduate Candidates in Executive Branch (Sports) on Short Service Commission as Sub Lieutenant/ Lieutenant/ Lieutenant Commander/ Commander can be filled shortly at website portal link shared above. Further the Applications Forms self-attested will have to send to Post Box No-4 RK Puram Main P.O New Delhi-110066.
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree or BE/B Tech degree from a recognized University/ Institute.
- The candidates possessing the Diploma in Sports Coaching OR Sports in M.Sc will be preferred.
Age Limit:
Candidates’ age lie between the 21 to 25 years as on 01/07/2018 will be declared qualified. .
The eligible candidates applying for Executive Branch (Sports) will have to appear at any of the Sailing selection. The shortlisted candidates further called for interview at New Delhi. (The SSB Interview will be of 2 Stages)
The Candidates qualifying the SSB interview will be finally selected for Course at INA Azimala (Kerala) from June 2018 onwards.
Conduct/ Scheme of SSB
Stage I test consisting of Officer Intelligence Rating(OIR) Test, Picture Perception and Discussion test (PPDT) will be conducted on the first day. Candidate who fails to qualify in Stage I will be routed back home on the same day. Stage II tests will comprise of Psychological testing, Group Task, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. No compensation will be paid in case of any injury sustained as a result of tests. The duration of SSB will be 05 days Successful candidates will thereafter undergo Special Medical Examination.
