Age Limit: Candidates age should be 50 years for post-1, 45 years for post-2, 40 years for post-3,4, 35 years for post-5 to 13. Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates as per Government directives.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Good Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Degree/ Diploma in management or its equivalent for post-1, Good Bachelor Degree in any discipline with Degree/ Diploma in management or equivalent professional qualification for post-2,3, Good Bachelor degree with ACA/ AICWA/ MBA(Finance) or commerce graduate with SOGE for post-4, Graduation in any discipline with knowledge of typing (30 wpm) and computer operation or Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with knowledge of typing (30 wpm), computer operation with relevant experience, Good BE or equivalent degree in Civil engineering for post-6, School Final or equivalent with ITI Certificate or equivalent and with permit equivalent to Electrical Wireman’s class (i) (b), (ii), (iii), (iv) for post-7, Class VIII with ITI certificate of trade of electrician or equivalent or School Final or equivalent. Shall possess lift operator’s licence and permit equivalent to Electrical Wiremen’s Class (i) (b), with at least five years experience for post-8, Higher Secondary (10+2) with knowledge of telephone operation in EPABX/other systems and one-year experience for post-9, Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with trade certificate/diploma in cookery from a recognized institute for post-10. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs.300/- through the “State Bank Collect” website of ISI recruitment portal. Application fee can be paid Online/ Offline, two working days after submission of the application form, Online payment can be made by using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net banking & Offline payment can be made by cash only at any branch of SBI . No fee for SC/ ST/ PH and women candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.isical.ac.in from 19-09-2017 at 12:00 hrs to 17-10-2017 at 16:00 hrs & send their printout of application with relevant documents, on the top of the envelop should be superscribed as “Name of the post—-” by post to the Senior Administrative Officer, Personnel Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, 203 B.T.
