The Maharashtra Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accounting Board (महाराष्ट्र शासकीय सहकार व लेखा पदविका मंडळ) notified Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) Examination 2017 AND Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management (CHM) Examination 2017 held in May 2017 as stated in the subsequent Paragraphs. We anticipate Maharashtra Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accounting Board (GDC&AB) to proceed in respect of the Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) Examination 2017 AND Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management (CHM) Examination 2017 including announcement of Results followed by release of Optical Mark Recognition Based Test Question Booklet Based Final Answers Key in Set A, Set B, Set C, Set D Series.
That Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board may release up to the September 2017 the Results of the said Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) & Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management (CHM) Examination 2017.
Selection Criteria:
Admission into the Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) Course & Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management Courses (CHMC) shall be strictly in order of the Final Merit List / Select List drawn up by the Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board.
Diploma and Certificate:
The Candidates who secure the Passing Marks in all Six (06) subjects in the GDC&A Examination will be awarded “Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) with Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management (CHM)” along with Mark Sheet for the GDC&A Examination.
The Candidates who obtain the Passing Marks in all three Subjects in the CHM Examination will be awarded “Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management” along with the Mark Sheet for CHM Examination.
The Candidates who score the Passing Marks in the First Three Subjects in the GDC&A Examination will be awarded “Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management” along with Mark Sheet for GDC&A Examination.
The Minimum Passing Marks / Minimum Qualifying Marks essential to be obtained by the Candidates in the said Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Examination & Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management Examination 2017 are 40% in each Paper with an Aggregate of 240 Marks for GDC&A Examination.
Maharashtra GDCA / CHM Expected Cut Off 2017
Any Candidate obtaining 70% or more Marks shall be declared to have passed with Distinction and the candidate scoring 60% Marks shall be declared to have passed in the First Class and those securing 50% Marks would be declared to have been passed in Second Class. Maximum of 1% of the Total Marks available in 06 Papers, i.e., 06 Marks, will be granted as Grace Marks in case of Marginal Failure to be distributed as may be most beneficial to the Candidate in case of one or two Subjects only. Out of 06 Subjects or Papers, Grace Marks up to 06 would also be given to a candidate for Elevation to First Class or Distinction and not at both Stages, i.e., for passing in One or Two Subjects and for obtaining First Class or Distinction.
However, the Candidates appearing for Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management will be granted 03 Marks as Grace Marks in case of Marginal Failure in case of only One Subject.
Admission Criteria:
Admission into the Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy (GDC&A) Course & Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management Courses (CHMC) shall be strictly in order of the Final Merit List / Select List prepared by the Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board.
The Candidates are advised to collect their individual Results and Mark Statements issued by the Board, within one month of announcement of the Result at the respective Examination Centers, i.e., the Office of the respective District Deputy Registrar Coop. Societies where the Candidates may have appeared for Examination Failing which, the Result and Mark Sheet would be mailed / sent to the Registered Address of the Candidates through Speed / Registered Post. The Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board shall not be responsible for any subsequent Correspondence Address Change or Difference or Incomplete details, hence, resulting in non-delivery of the same or any such and other reasons.
Eligibility for Award of Diploma and Certificate:
- The Candidates who obtain Passing Marks in all Six Subjects in GDC&A Examination shall be awarded “Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy with Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management” along with Mark Sheet for GDC&A Examination
- The Candidates who obtain the Passing Marks in all Three Subjects in Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management (CHM) Examination shall be awarded “Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management” along with Mark sheet for CHM Examination.
- The Candidates who obtain Passing Marks in First Three subjects in GDC&A Examination will be awarded “Certificate in Cooperative Housing Management” along with Mark Sheet for GDC&A Examination.
