NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017: Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) may declare the Result for the Preliminary Examination of NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services Competitive Examination 2017 held for Recruitment to the various Posts in different Organizations under the Government of Nagaland State.

The Objective Type Preliminary Test carried 200 Marks with Negative Marking for each Incorrect Response to the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type in the said Objective Competitive Examination. Nagaland Public Service Commission will upload on the Official Website the Result for the Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination. Nagaland Public Service Commission shall upload on the Official Website the Result for the Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2017 likely in the Second Week of October 2017. Nagaland Public Service Commission based on the Candidates’ Performance and Marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination, will declare the Results for the Main Written Examination consisting of Objective and Descriptive Test.
NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services (Preliminary) Examination – Expected Cut-Off Marks 2017:
Nagaland Public Service Commission will determine the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates in each Paper and in Aggregate as the Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2017 consisting of 02 Papers carries Total 200 Marks. Nagaland Public Service Commission will stipulate the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to shortlist the Candidates for the Main Written Examination consisting of 03 Papers for 600 Marks. Nagaland Public Service Commission shall decide the Minimum Qualifying Marks Category-wise at their discretion. The Candidates with Minimum Qualifying Marks as determined by Nagaland Public Service Commission will be Eligible to appear in the Main Examination.
Procedure for Selection:
Objective Type Competitive Written Examination comprising Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions for 200 Marks
Main Written Examination consisting of both Conventional Written Examination and Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions for 600 Marks
