Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit (As On 01.01.2018)
Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 37 Years.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limits to the Candidates belonging to Reserved Categories.
Educational Qualification:
Essential Qualifications:
The Candidate
- should have in possession a Degree of B.Com with at least in 2nd Division from any University or Institution recognized by the Central Government / State Government, AND
- should have passed a Computer Course of Minimum One Hundred & Twenty (120) Hours with Hands- On-Experience in using Personal Computer or Information Technology in the Office Productivity Applications (OPAs) or Desktop Publishing Applications (DPAs) from any Institution recognized by the Central Government / State Government or any Reputed Institution recognized by the State Government, which is ISO 9001 Certified: Provided if similar Course was Part of the Curriculum in the Degree Course and the Candidate has passed the said Course as a Subject in his / her Degree Class then the Condition of his / her having passed the above said Computer Course shall not apply;
- should have passed Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the Compulsory or Elective Subjects or any other Equivalent Examination in Punjabi Language; and*
**(Relaxable for Sikh Migrants to the extent that they will have to acquire such Qualification of Punjabi within Two Years after joining the Service failing which their Services shall be liable to Termination).

The Salient Features of the Optical Mark Recognition Based Competitive Written Examination are as follows:

(a) The Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test will comprise 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying 03 Marks, thus, totaling to 300 Marks.
(b) The Duration of Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination will be Two hours.
(c) There will be No Negative Marking.
There will be NO Personal Interview and the Selection would be made ONLY on the basis of Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination carrying 300 Marks.
