WBPSC APO (Preliminary) Examination 2017 Result: Public Service Commission, West Bengal (PSCWB) shall declare the Result for the Assistant Program Officer (Preliminary) Examination 2017 for Maximum 200 Marks held on the 16th of September 2017 (16.09.2017) only subsequent to release of the Final Answers Key for the Test Question Paper Booklet in order of Set A, Set B, Set C & Set D. We anticipate West Bengal Public Service Commission to announce tentatively in the last week of September 2017 the Result for the Preliminary Examination for Assistant Program Officer. Public Service Commission, West Bengal will upload on the Official Website the Result for APO Preliminary Examination 2017 for Recruitment to 50 Vacancies notified for the Post of Assistant Program Officer (APO). Such Candidate declared Successful based on the Minimum Qualifying Marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination for Assistant Program Officers, would be called for appearing in the Main Examination to be conducted in the Conventional Format for 450 Marks.

PSCWB Assistant Program Officer (Prelim) Exam 2017 – Expected Cut-Off Marks:
West Bengal Public Service Commission will determine the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Candidates aimed at Shortlisting for Assistant Program Officer (Main) Written Examination 2017. Only Candidates having obtained Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Paper and in Aggregate of the APO Preliminary Examination 2017 for 200 Marks would be Shortlisted for the Main Written Examination of Conventional Type. The Candidates unsuccessful in securing Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in the APO Preliminary Examination 2017 would not be Shortlisted for appearing in the Main Written Examination to be organized as per the Dates declared.
Final Selection to the Posts of Assistant Program Officer is based on the Final Select List prepared on the basis of Total Marks obtained in all the Written Papers of the Main Written Examination for 450 Marks and Personality Test for 100 Marks.
