Gujarat SET Hall Ticket 2017 GSET Admit Card / Ques Papers Previous:

Gujarat SET 2017 Admit Cards: The Gujarat SET 2017 conducting organization has advertised the Notification for Gujarat State Eligibility Test July 2017 Exam Hall Tickets. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara is primed to convey the Examination Hall Tickets Notification of the SET 27^th August 2017 at the website under shared links. Based on the Gujarat SET 2017 Schedule the State Eligibility Test will be organized on 27^th August 2017 at the allotted Exam Centres.

The applicants registered for the SET 2017 Examination shall be able to download their Call Letters hereupon.

Gujarat SET 2017 Hall Tickets/ Admit Card

Gujarat SET -2017 Examination Admit Cards/ Hall Tickets are going to be made download from Applicants through the website portal link shared hereunder in due course. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (SET 2017 conducting organization) shall release the Admit Cards from 15^TH August 2017 onwards. Candidates following the under shared procedures shall be able to download the Exam Hall Tickets Registration no/ Password/ DoB wise.

Whereas the Examination scheme/ Exam Syllabus/ Subjects code wise details are given hereunder.

Note: The State Eligibility Test has been scheduled for 12 February 2017 for the candidates to be selected as Higher Secondary School Teachers and Non-Vocational Teachers in VHSE. The candidates must bring their Exam Hall tickets at the Exam Venue on exam time.

How to download the Exam Admit Cards:

Procedure for obtaining Admit Card

a) Log on to the Website portal for Gujarat SET

b) Click the link SET-February – 2017

c) Click `Print Your Admit Card’

d) Enter the Application Number and Date of Birth/Site Access Key, when prompted.

e) Take a printout of the Admit Card displayed on the screen.

Gujarat SET 2017 Syllabus Previous Papers:

Paper I:- Paper I is common for all candidates. It consists of two parts, Part (A) General Knowledge and Part (B) Aptitude in Teaching.

Paper II:- Paper II shall be a test based on the subject of specialization of the candidate at the Post Graduate (PG) Level.

Previous Years’ question papers shall be made downloaded from the website of the Gujarat State Eligibility Test portal.

Gujarat SET 2017 Examination Scheme/ Syllabus:

GSET Examination will consist of three papers. All the three papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be held in two separate sessions as under:

First	II	100	50 questions all are compulsory	11.00 A.M. to 12.15 P.M.
Second	III	150	75 questions all are compulsory	02.00 P.M. to 4.30 P.M

Paper-I shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. 60 (Sixty) multiple choice questions of 2 marks each will be given, out of which the candidate would be required to answer any 50 (Fifty). In the event of the candidate attempting more than 50 questions, the first 50 questions attempted by the candidate would be evaluated.

Paper-II shall consist of 50 (Fifty) objective type compulsory questions based on the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks.

Paper-III will consist of 75 (Seventy Five) objective type compulsory questions from the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks.

All questions of Paper-II and Paper-III will be compulsory, covering entire syllabus (including all electives, without options).

The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper – I, Paper – II and Paper – III on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet provided.

PROCEDURE & CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT:

This will comprise of the following:

Top 6% of the appearing candidates who appear in all three papers and secure at least 40% of aggregate marks for candidates belonging to GENERAL Category and at least 35% of aggregate marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories, viz., SC, ST, OBC (belonging to Non Creamy Layer), and PWD will be declared qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor by following the reservation policy of Government of India.

List of Roll Numbers of Provisionally Qualified Candidates in Gujarat SET Examination will be displayed at the website portal of the Gujarat SET 2017. Candidates in concerned regard are advised to keep updating from the website of our portal.
