HPCET Counseling Schedule 2017, HPTU B.Tech/B.Pharma Admissions 1st-2nd-3rd Rounds,Seat Allotment,Cutoff:
The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the notification for the conduct of counselling procedure for admissions in B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy (Ayurveda). The HPTU has scheduled the counselling procedure & has extended the date for the submission of Online counselling application form.
The Himachal Pradesh Technical Univ. is all set to commence the counselling rounds after the counselling applications submission. In order to admissions to B.Tech, B.Pharmacy & B.Pharmacy (Ayurveda) University Admission Council conducted the Common Entrance Test for admissions to the said professional courses & declared the HPCET 2017 result. Consequently to the counselling application submission UAC shall conduct First counselling round on the prescribed date as scheduled.

The HPCET qualified candidates are allowed to fill the fresh application/ registration form for counselling. Candidates required to pay the prescribed entrance application form fee before the last date to submit. In counselling application form candidates have to mentioned their choices of courses & to take print of the online application form for further Counselling rounds uses.
HPTU B.Tech/ B.Pharma Counselling Form: 2017
HPTU shall entrust admissions to the B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy (Ayurveda) & other professional courses through counselling rounds, norms & under the effect of reservation & rules of HPTU. Through the counselling rounds seats in the colleges also allotted to the candidates on the basis of their merit. For more details candidates shall keep informing from the notification segment.
- A candidate must present in person at the time of counselling and should immediately report to the Admission Selection Committee on calling.
- The applicant present during the counselling will be given an opportunity to choose from the seats available at his/her turn.
- If the applicant fails to turn up for the counselling as specified in the counselling schedule or does not accept seat offered, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim. The seat will be offered to the next applicant in the merit list.
- An applicant listed in the merit list shall be eligible for all rounds of admissions/counselling, irrespective of whether he/she attended/availed admission in the earlier round or not.
Documents to be bring at the time of Counselling:
The candidate must produce the following documents, in original, along-with one set of photocopies duly attested at the time of counselling:
- Certificate of having passed the qualifying examination.
- Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University.
- Matriculation/Higher Secondary Part-I/Indian School Certificates showing the date of birth.
- National Level Entrance Examination/HPCET-2017 Score Card.
- Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
- Bonafide/domicile Certificate issued by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
- Reserved Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
- Physically Challenged Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
- Income Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme.
- An affidavit attested by the Executive Magistrate if applied under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme.
- Kashmiri Migrants and domicile certificate issued by Competent Authority, if applied under Supernumerary Kashmiri Migrant Quota.
HPTU BTech/ BPharma Admission letters/ Seat confirmation
The selection letter shall be issued to the selected candidates after the completion of all the formalities. The selected candidates has to report in the allotted institution for admission on or before the specified date mentioned in the selection letter, failing which the admission shall stand cancelled.
