Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force – HC (Ministerial) & ASI Online Registration: In view of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF), the Ministry of Home Affairs Notification with regard to Recruitment to the Posts of Head Constable (DR & LDCE), Head Constable (Education & Stress Counselor) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) likely to be released in September 2017, we would briefly state the Eligibility Criteria and Selection Criteria over and above various other Events slated to follow consequent to release of the Detailed Notification.
ITBP Head Constable Ministerial Upcoming Jobs 2017
The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force shall release Detailed Notification in respect of Recruitment to the Posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector / Stenographer Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted, Ministerial), Head Constable / Education & Stress Counselor Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted Non-Ministerial) and Head Constable/Ministerial, Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted), on Temporary Basis likely to be Permanent in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF).
Mode of Application:
The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force had the sought the Candidates’ Application Forms accompanied by the Documents prescribed in the Notification as stated in the next Paragraph.
The Envelope containing the Application must be Super-scribed in Bold Letters “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER) OR HEAD CONSTABLE (MINISTERIAL) OR HEAD CONSTABLE (EDUCATION AND STRESS COUNSELLOR) IN ITBPF” depending upon the Post Applied for.

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force has underlined the following Selection Criteria before carrying out the Final Induction / Selection of the candidates for the post of Head Constable (Telecommunication)
General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) on Temporary Basis likely to be Permanent, in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF).
The Candidates, who are issued the Admit Cards, will remain Provisional till they are finally selected and submit all the related Documents / Certificates in Original and Prescribed Format.
Merit List Preparation:
After completion of Phase – II, Merit Lists in each category; viz., General, SC, ST, OBC (NCL) and Ex-Servicemen will be drawn on the basis of the Total Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination (OMRWE). The candidates shall be shortlisted for Verification of Original Documents / Certificates and Detailed Medical Examination (DME) as per the Category wise Vacancies based on the Merit. Extended List would also be prepared to cover the shortfall due to failure of candidates in the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review Medical Examination (RME). However, there shall be no Reserve List.
Resolution of TIE Cases:
- The Tie Cases will be resolved as the candidate Older in Age gets Preference.
- In case of the Tie still persisting, it is Finally Resolved by referring to the Alphabetical Order of the names; i.e., a candidate whose name begins with the Alphabet, which comes First in the Alphabetical Order, gets Preference.
Application Fee:
Last Year, the Application Fee was as stated in the next Line. The Candidates belonging to General and Other Backward Classes Category shall have to pay Rs 50/- (Non-Refundable) as Application Fee in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS) in favor of the Authority mentioned in the Advertisement.
No Fee will be charged from Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe. Ex-Service-Men and Female Candidates and the ITBP Candidate for the Post of Assistant Sub-Inspector / Stenographer (Limited Departmental Competitive Examination) & Head Constable / Ministerial (Limited Departmental Competitive Examination). The Candidate should affix the ‘CRFS’ at the Specified Space in the Application Form and get them cancelled as well.
