Takes cognizance of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) / Central School Organization (CSO) in regards to admission into Classes I – X for the Academic Year 2017 – 2018 in the subsequent Paragraphs.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन) / (Central School Organization) Admission Management Committee shall release Official Notification in the First Week of February 2017 Notification detailing Admission Schedule for 1^st up to 10^th Classes.

Notification for Admission into Class XI shall be released followed by announcement of Class Secondary School Certificate Examination / High School Certificate / Matriculate / 10^th Class and the Admission Formalities shall be completed within 30 days hence Notification.

ONLINE ADMISSION FOR STUDENTS

Please Note – Online Registrations would start w.e.f. 08.02.2016 , 8:00 am onwards, and would close on 10.03.2016 at 11.59 pm. The registrations are open for Delhi Region only. Please refer “VIDYALAYA LIST” for schools, for which admission is open.

Admission to the Child of the Class I / Grade I Employee / Staff is transferred during the Academic Session would be considered subject to Availability Seats after Admission. The Norm shall be Applicable to Kendriya Vidyalaya (Central Schools) established in the Project / Higher Education Institution (1^st of August up to the 30^th of September). Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan – KVS / Central School Organization) In case of the No. of the Seats 45, then the Children of such Class I / Grade I Staff that may have assumed charge upon Transfer to join after the 30^th of September Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and subject to Availability of the Seats in the Class (up to the 30^th of November) Admission to Wards of the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Central Reserve Police Force shall be offered subject to their Transfer there only, their Preparedness and Willingness to inhabit / settle post-Retirement and that Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is not existing within a circumference of 10 Kilometers. These Norms shall remain applicable to the Indian Coast Guard, Indian Space Research Organization and Atomic Energy Education Society.

“Registration for admission to Class-I in Kendriya Vidayalayas is open 08/02/2017 (08.00 A.M.) to 15/03/2017 (04.00 P.M.). (UPDATED)

शेक्षणिक सत्र 2017-18 के लिए केंद्रीय विद्यालय संघटन (KVS) में कक्षा 11th में दाखिले नीति के लिए गाइडलाइन्स जारी कर दिए है जिसके तहत ग्यारहवी कक्षा में छात्रों को दाखिला मेरिट के आधार पर ही मिलेगा | यह मेरिट दसवी कक्षा के सीजीपिए (CGPA) के आधार पर तय होगी |

शेक्षणिक सत्र 2017-18 के लिए केंद्रीय विद्यालय संघटन (KVS) में कक्षा एक तथा अन्य कक्षाओ में प्रवेश के लिए ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण दिनांक 8th फरवरी 2017 (08-02-2017) से 10th मार्च 2017 (10-03-2017) तक किया जा सकता है और कक्षा दो से ऊपर की कक्षाओ (11th कक्षा को छोड़कर) में आवेदन दिनांक 5th अप्रैल 2017 (05-04-2017) से 18th अप्रैल 2017 (18-04-2017) तक ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर सकते है |

Class		Condition for Admission
XI		Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), State Boards / National Open School / National Institute of Open School where the Marks are granted, then their Marks shall be converted into Grade A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, D, E-1, E-2.

X		The Students should have obtained 6.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average in their respective Class IX. The Average Number of the Seats must have been less than 40.

XII		The Students should have obtained 5.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average in their respective Class XI. The Average Number of the Seats must have been less than 40.

Admission Forms shall be made available Free of Charges. There shall be No Charges for the Application Forms.

Requisite Documents for Submission / Verification: 2017

Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Certificate Issued claiming Child’s Relation with the Honorable Member of Parliament / Public Enterprises Employees.

Certificate Issued in case of Grandchild’s Relationship with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Staff.

Certificate in support of Claim in case of Other Backward Classes (Creamy Layer / Non-Creamy Layer) Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Persons with Disabilities / Physically Challenged Candidates
