Panchayati Raj LDC Recruitment 2013 ~ News | 11485 Posts Revised (Merit List/Cut Off) 2017:

The Honorable Supreme Court of India Verdict in respect of Fresh Selection in the Positions of Panchayati Raj Lower Division Clerk 2013, against 11485 Vacancies in Rural Development & Panchayati Raj District-wise.

The Apex Court of India on Monday quashing the Incumbent Government of Rajasthan’s Appeal cropping out due to then Congress Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot Government designed Scam in Selection to the Posts of Junior Clerk 2013 Direct Recruitment and directed the Government to re-initiate the Recruitment Process through preparing Merit Lists to fill up 11485 Vacancies against 21748 Posts out of which the Letters of Appointment for 7790 Posts had been issued to the Candidates then.

The Honorable Supreme Court of India has also paved the way for grant / award of Bonus Marks to the Personnel selected through Placement Agencies. Personnel selected through Placement Agencies shall be awarded the Bonus Marks for recruitment in the Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (RDPR), Rajasthan.

In light of the above, we anticipate Rajasthan State Government to issue directive to the District Councils to re-initiate in March 2017 the Formalities as stated in the subsequent Paragraphs.

Raj Panchayat 11485 LDC Clerk Revised Cut Off 2017

In the aftermath of the Apex Court of India Verdict on filling the 11485 Posts of Lower Division Clerk pending since 2013 / 2014 (due to Embezzlement perpetrated by then Congress Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot led Government in awarding Bonus Marks 10, 20, 30 to Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act Employees on Contractual Basis), thereby directing the Incumbent Government of Rajasthan. The District Boards shall shortly release the e-Call Letters / Call UP Letters for the Candidates.

Then Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had issued a Notification for 21748 Posts, against which Applications were sought against 19275 Posts by the District Boards / District Councils. Thereafter, Letters of Appointment against 7790 Posts had been released to the Candidates.

Selection based on Merit shall be prepared as stated in the Latter Paragraphs.

Selection Criteria:

In case of TIE in Merit due to Equal Marks obtained by Two or more than Two Candidates, then the Preference shall be given to the Candidates Senior in Age based on the Date of Birth;

And in case of TIE still persisting due to Equivalent Marks and Similar Date of Birth, then the Preference will be given to the Candidate having acquired Higher Education;

And in case TIE still being there due to TIE in Higher Educational Qualification and Date of Birth, then Preference shall be given based on the Higher Marks secured in the Educational Qualification prescribed / determined.

The Candidates, in order to be awarded Bonus Marks for Contractual Working Experience with / National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) / Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), shall be required to submit Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act Working Experience Certificate; failing which the Candidates shall be given No Bonus Marks.
