The Honorable High Court of Rajasthan, on Thursday the 27th of April 2017, taking cognizance of the Petitions filed by the REET / RTET 2016 Candidates and in the aftermath of their Verdict on rescinding the Communiqué on Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers / Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test (REET / RTET) 2017.
The Honorable High Court of Rajasthan has issued the Government of Rajasthan directive to decisively conclude WITHIN 04 MONTHS THE RECRUITMENT OF THE TEACHERS AT LEVEL II UNDER THIRD GRADE TEACHERS’ RECRUITMENT 2016 – & 2017 through reschedule of RE-INVITE of the Online Application Forms from the Candidates other than those who had already appeared in the said Examination shall not have to apply again for Rajasthan TET; and conduct the Recruitment Process within the Stipulated Deadline, however, new Applicants shall only be required to appear in Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers / Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test 2016 – 2017 & 2017 – 18.

The Candidates declared Successful on Merit shall be recommended for Recruitment against 15000 Vacancies to teach different Subjects at various Government Schools in Rajasthan State. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, the State Nodal Agency, shall conduct Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers / Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test for Recruitment of Teachers Level II Under IIIrd Grade Teachers Recruitment 2016 & 2017.

राजस्थान के माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा तृतीया श्रेणी भर्ती परीक्षा 2016 को निरस्त कर दिया है साथ ही नए सिरे से विज्ञपति निकल नए अभियर्थियों को शामिल करके चार महीने में भर्ती पूरी करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए है और पहले से आवेदन कर चुके अभियार्थी को फिर से आवेदन करने की जरुरत नहीं है | प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा राजस्थान, बीकानेर विभाग द्वारा जल्द ही तृतीय ग्रेड अध्यापक के 15000 पदों पर नए सिरे से भर्ती का विज्ञापन जारी करने वाला है जिसमे अनुसूचित क्षेत्र (TSP) के First Level (1185)-Second Level (785) और गैर अनुसूचित क्षेत्र (Non -TSP) First Level (6239)-Second Level (4940) के पदों पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन नए अभियर्थियों से आमंत्रित करता है |

Educational Qualification:
(For TSP/ Non TSP Both)-
Candidates must possessing 60% Marks in Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET/ RTET) for ensuring candidature in Rajasthan Elementary & Higher Elementary School Teacher recruitment Merit list. While on the basis of Government rules the relaxation to (Scheduled Area) candidates marks criteria is 36% in REET/RTET.
Selection/ State Merit list-
The State level Merit list of the candidates will be made on the basis of Marks in RTET 2015 and REET 2011, 2012 all three years Examinations Maximum obtaining marks.

राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट द्वारा टीएसपी एरिया डूंगरपुर, प्रतापगढ़, बांसवाड़ा, उदयपुर और सिरोही जिलो के तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक-2016 भर्ती प्रक्रिया पर रोक को जारी रखा है |
RTET के प्राप्तांको में राज्य सरकार 5 से 20 प्रतिशत छूट को सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा सही ठहराए जाने के बाद भले ही 2012 और 2013 की भर्ती सुलझ गयी हो लेकिन 15000 शिक्षको की तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक-2016 के करीब 1.85 लाख कैंडिडेट में असमंजस पैदा हो गया है |
सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा राज्य सरकार की ओर से RTET – 2011 आरक्षित वर्ग को दिए गए आरक्षण और इसके तहत 2012 में की गयी तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती को सही माना है | तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती में सरकार ने 40000 नियुक्तियां दी थी इसमें से 27000 चयनित शिक्षको के 60% और 13000 के 60% से कम है | सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद अब 40000 शिक्षको का स्थायीकरण हो सकेगा और 8000 को नियुक्ति भी मिलेगी |
राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट ने तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक भर्ती (THIRD GRADE TEACHER)-2016 के प्रथम और सेकंड लेवल के 12344 पदों पर के लिए राज्य सरकार से विद्यार्थी पुनर्विचार के लिए कहा है और राज्य सरकार को निर्णय करने के लिए मौका देते हुए सुनवाई 18th अक्टूबर तक टाल दिया है |
राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट के तहत प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा विभाग ने तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक भर्ती (THIRD GRADE TEACHER) में आरटेट (RTET)-2011 में 60 प्रतिशत से कम अंक प्राप्त अभियर्थियों के ऑफलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार करने और एनसीटीई के नियमानुसार उन्हें पात्रता की मंजूरी दे दिया है |
राजस्थान अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (REET) और RTET में सफल 1.25 लाख अभियार्थी जो सामजिक विज्ञानं और संस्कृत से है वो सभी अभियार्थी राजस्थान तृतीय श्रेणी भर्ती परीक्षा से बाहर हो गए है |
