Rajasthan University of Health Sciences has declared the Schedule for Second Counseling for admission into Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (02-Years) Course 2017 – 18 at Rajasthan University of Health Sciences affiliated Colleges.

Procedure for Admission:

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences notified Admission Modality is as follows:

The Duly Filled Option Forms have to be submitted along with a bank Challan of Rupees 10,000/- from Oriental Bank of Commence (any branch at Rajasthan). No Option Form will be valid without payment of the Prescribed Counseling Fee. No Correction will be allowed in the Option Form once submitted. Therefore, the Candidates are advised to submit the Option Form very carefully.

The Amount of Rs. 10,000/- deposited with the along with the Option Form will be adjusted against Tuition Fee for those Candidates who have been allotted the Nursing College by the Counselling Board for admission in to the Nursing Courses 2017-18 (Rajasthan University of Health Sciences).

The Allotment of the Nursing College would be carried out through the Computer Software by strictly following the order of Merit, the Seats available and the order of Options filled in by the Candidate in the Option Form.

No Admission shall be made after the Date notified by the Counselling Board for Admission (CBA) in to the Nursing Courses 2016-17 (Rajasthan University of Health Sciences).

The Vacant Seats of the Nursing Colleges after 1^st Counselling and joining shall be filled up by Re-shuffling of the Admitted Candidates from one College to another with Upward Movement and by the Candidates who were not allotted any College due to the Choice exhausted (CNA).

If the Candidates are participating for Second Round of Counselling, then he / she shall have to join the allotted College of the First Round Counselling; otherwise, the Candidates would not be Eligible for Second Round Counselling (Upward Movement). In case of the doubts, the Candidates are advised to communicate via Helpline Email Id.

In case of TIE Position, following Steps in order will be taken to resolve:

One who has passed the 10+2 Examination in less number of attempts shall be given Preference.

If there is further TIE, then the relative Merit will be decided by the Age of the Candidates. The Candidate of Higher Age (Senior Candidate / Older Candidate) will be placed on Higher Merit.

If there is further TIE, then the Candidate securing Higher Marks in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Secondary Examination or its Equivalent Examination will be given preference.

If there is further TIE, then the Candidate securing Higher Marks / More Marks in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Senior Secondary Examination or its Equivalent Examination will be given Preference.

The Affiliated Nursing Colleges will be provided with the Lists of the selected Candidates, which are allotted to it along with their Contact Number for the purpose of getting them joined after dully verifying their Credentials.

The Allotted Institute would check the originals documents of the candidates before allowing his to join. If the admission is granted, the Amount of Rupees 10,000/- will not be returned / refunded under any circumstances. The Original Documents will be returned by the respective College after the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Enrolment has been done.
