GBPIHED Recruitment 2017 – Walk in for JRF/ JPF & Field Asst Posts: Govind Ballabh Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment & Sustainable Development (GBPIHED), Almora, Uttarakhand has published a notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow/ Junior Project Fellow, Field Assistant vacancies for the project entitled “Integrated Studies of Himalayan Cryosphere in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh” on temporary basis. 1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Junior Project Fellow (JPF): 01 Post
2. Field Assistant: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 28 years for S.No-01, 45 years for S.No-02. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women/ Physically handicapped candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 1st Class Master Degree in Physics/ Geology/ Earth Science/ Geography or relevant subject/ B. Tech. in relevant branch of Engineering for S.No-01, Graduate with 2 years field experience in Himalayan terrain for S.No-02.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Interview.
