IIFPT Jobs 2017 – Walk in for RA, SRF & Project Asst Posts: Government of India, Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur has published a notification for the recruitment of Research Associate (RA), Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Project Assistant (PA) vacancies for the different projects on temporary/ time bound basis. Age Limit: Candidates age should be 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of Interview.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should Possess Ph.D degree in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Biotechnology/ Allied disciplines (or) Master’s degree in these subject with first division or 60% marks for S.No-01, M.Tech in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Biotechnology/ Allied disciplines for S.No-02, 03, Post graduate in Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Food Chemistry with NET/ SLET or doctorate degree for S.No-04, B. Tech/ B.Sc in FPE/ FT/ FST/ Biochemistry/ FSN or allied subjects for S.No-05, 06, B.Tech/ B.E. degree in Food Process Engineering/ Agri. Engineering/ Food Science & Technology or any equivalent degree for S.No-07, Degree in Food process Engineering/ Food Technology/ Food science/ Agricultural entomology/ Biotechnology for S.No-08 with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination, interview.
Application Fee: Candidates required to pay Rs. 500/- by Cash/ DD/ Postal Order drawn in favour of “The Director, Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology, Thanjavur”. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for walk in interview along with application in prescribed format, original certificates, including OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH certificates, grade card/ mark sheets/ publications, two colour passport size photographs and CV, a set of Xerox copies of all relevant documents on 31-10-2017 at 10:00 AM.
