Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 50 years for S.No-1, 45 years for S.No-2, 35 years for S.No-3, 65 years for S.No-4, 28 years for S.No-5 & Other Posts as on last date of online application. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST, OBC, Physical handicapped/ ex-servicemen as per Government of India norms.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should Possess B.E/ B.Tech. or M.Sc with at least 60% of marks in Meteorology/ Oceanography/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Physics/ Geophysics (Meteorology)/ Mathematics or equivalent from a recognized university/institute for S.No-1, B.E/ B.Tech, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation or Masters Degree in Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation Geophysics (Meteorology) from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 60% marks for S.No-2, B.E/ B.Tech. Or M. Sc with at least 60% of marks in Meteorology/ Oceanography/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Physics/ Geophysics(Meteorology)/ Mathematics or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute for S.No-3, Ph.D degree for S.No-4, M.Sc. (Physics/ Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ Geophysics (Meteorology) from a recognized University/ Institution with at least 60% of marks for S.No-5 Posts with adequate experience. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in interview.
