Rajasthan Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment in 3011 Gram Panchayat 2017-18, Application Form | Joining Letter:
Submission of the Application for Recruitment of the Eligible Candidates in the Position of Gram Panchayat Assistant (GPA) (ग्राम पंचायत सहायक) through Direct Recruitment shall commence either w.e.f. the Date of the Advertisement or on the 22nd of September 2017 (22.09.2017) in this regard through Primary Elementary Education Officer (PEEO). Last Date for Application is the 3rd of October 2017 (03.10.2017). The Candidates meeting with the Eligibility Criteria would be able to apply to Primary Elementary Education Offices w.e.f. 22.09.2017.
The School Development Management Committee (SDMC), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), in compliance with the Rajasthan Council of Secondary Education (RCSE) Instructions, following a Meeting in respect of Issuance of the Letters Appointment to the Eligible Candidates, shall initiating the Process of Recruitment for Release / Allotment of the Letters to the Candidates observed as Eligible for the 3011 Posts.
The Government of Rajasthan had earlier released its Communiqué in regards to Recruitment of the 9894 Vacancies for the Post of Village Arbitration Assistant (VAA) / Graama Panchayat Sahayak (ग्राम पंचायत सहायक) in the Gram Panchayat. However, taking cognizance of the Irregularities in various Village Arbitration Centers, 3011 Posts are still pending for Recruitment.
The Candidates would be directed to carry with them the Testimonials (Certificates and Documents) for Direct Appointment to be offered by the School Development Management Committee.

The Candidates possessing the 12th Class/ Intermediate/ Equivalent from Central/ State Recognised board may submit their Application forms upto 28-11-2016 (10:30 AM), before the commencement of Gram Sabha. Applications forms can be downloaded from the website portal of Panchayati Raj/ above given link.

Important Points
The Candidates possessing the 12th Class/ Equivalent Passing Certificate may apply for the Recruitment Posts.
The Applications can be submitted upto 3rd October 2017 (10:30am) at Gram Panchayats.
The Selection of the Candidates will be decided by the decision to be taken by the Gram Sabha on common opinions.
The Pay scale for the Selected Gram Panchayat Sahayak will be RS 6000/-.
Time period of the Selected Gram Panchayat Sahayak would be One Year, depend on the performances of candidates. The tenure might be extended or decreased based on the Performances.
In any discrepancy/ misdeed the Gram Panchayat Sahayak can be terminated at any time.

Gram Sabha will put the names of the Applicants in the Discussion & then select the apt candidates on common Opinions for Gram Panchayat Sahayak ON 3rd October 2017 (From 10:30 AM). The Selected candidates will get joining letters & shall get the Joining from 4th October 2017 (Tentatively).
Pay Scale: The Selected candidates will get the Pay of RS 6000/- per month.
