BoM SO (Scale IV & Scale II) e-Call Letter Download: Online Registration for Recruitment to various Posts in the Positions of Specialist Officers in Scale – IV & Scale II) in response to the Bank of Maharashtra Notification is underway w.e.f. the 16th of September 2017 (16.09.2017) and would remain in progress up to the 7th of October 2017 (07.10.2017). The Office of the Assistant General Manager (IR & HRD), Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment Cell, shall shortly release Communiqué in respect of issuance of the e-Call Letters.

We anticipate the Assistant General Manager (IR & HRD) to officially upload on the Bank Website the electronic Call Letters Minimum One Fortnight prior to Announcement of the Dates for conducting Group Discussion & Personal Interview or Group Discussion / Personal Interview. The e-Call Letters / Admission Certificate due to the Candidates Shortlisted for the Objective will be uploaded on the Official Website. We have also put up for display the e-Call Letter / Admit Card Download Link for the ready reference of the Applicants / Candidates in this regard.
The Shortlisted Candidates shall be informed of the Center & Address of the Venue, Time and the Date for Interview through the Call Letter issued to them and they would have to attend the same at their own Individual Cost. The details regarding the Shortlisted Candidates for Personal Interview shall be displayed through Bank’s Website. Request for Change of Centre will not be entertained. However, the Bank reserves its right to change / add / cancel the Date, Time, Center, Venue for the Group Discussion and / or Personal Interview or hold Supplementary Selection Process on Particular Date / Session / Venue / Center / for Set of the Candidates at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any.
Follow Up Post Online Registration Task To Do:
Printed Copy of Online Application Forms annexed with the Attested Copies of Certificates in support of Age, Qualifications & Professional Working Experience, etc., should be mailed for Submission to The Assistant General Manager (IR &HRD) Bank of Maharashtra ‘Lokmangal” 1501, Shivaji Nagar Pune – 411 005 so as to reach on or before the 17th of October 2017 (17.10.2017). The Candidates must clearly Super-scribe the Post Applied on the Envelope containing the Testimonials (Certificates / Documents). The Applications received at the Office after the Due Date (for whatsoever reason) shall not be entertained by the Recruitment Authority.
Procedure for Selection:
Final Selection to the Post of Officers is on the basis of Shortlisting, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Depending upon the number of the Vacancies, Bank reserves the right to Shortlist the Requisite Number of the Candidates based on their respective Academic Track Records, Prior Working Experience and Suitability of the Candidates, as decided by the Bank of Maharashtra and only those Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Personal Interview.
- Preliminary Screening / Shortlisting with reference to the Candidate’s Qualifications, Suitability / Prior Working Experience, etc.
- Final Selection to the Posts of Officers shall be on the basis of the Marks secured by the Candidate in Group Discussions and Personal Interview. Total Marks allotted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview are 20 & 80. In case Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment Board decides that the Final Selection through only Personal Interview, then there shall be Personal Interview for 100 marks. The Candidates shall have to secure Minimum Marks in both Group Discussion and Personal Interview or in Personal Interview alone as mentioned below.

*Advice:
Mere Eligibility / Admission into Group Discussions / Interview / Pass in Group Discussion / Personal Interview does not imply that the Bank of Maharashtra is satisfied beyond doubt about the Candidate’s Eligibility and shall not vest any right in any Candidate for Selection.
The Bank would be free to reject the Candidature of any Candidate at any Stage of the Recruitment Process, if he / she is found to be Ineligible and / or furnished Incorrect or False Information / Certificates / Documents or has suppressed any Material Facts and the Fee paid by the Ineligible Candidates shall be forfeited. If appointed, such a Candidate may be summarily removed from the Services of the Bank of Maharashtra without assigning any Intimation in anticipation or vice versa.
