Taakes cognizance of Haryana SSC Notified Recruitment to the Posts of HSSC 40 Vacancies of Tracer in Agriculture Department among various other Posts scheduled to be conducted on the 11th of Sep 2017 and would briefly state in the subsequent Paragraphs:

Haryana Staff Selection Commission to release within Tracer (Agriculture Department) 07 Days the Fully Solved Answers Key in Set A, Set B, Set C & Set D in Portable Document Format (PDF) File for the Test Question Booklet comprising the Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions. The Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination carries Maximum 85 Marks for the Post of Tracer.

HSSC Tracer Expected Cut Off 2017

Haryana Staff Selection Commission shall declare the Minimum Qualifying Marks Community wise / Category-wise Minimum Percentile Marks in concurrence with Announcement of the Result for the Competitive Written Test comprising the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type scheduled to be held on the 11^th of Sept 2017. Only Candidates having obtained Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Test and Sufficient High Marks in Aggregate of the Objective Written Examination shall be Shortlisted for Personal Interview / Viva-voce, whichever applicable. Haryana SSC will shortlist only those Examinees for Viva-voce those who shall secure Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Test and Sufficient High Marks in Total. Even as Haryana SSC shall upload all the Announcements in respect of the Posts of the said Female Supervisor, we would also display on our Website all Communiqués in concurrence with Haryana SSC Notices / Releases on the said Competitive Examination for Recruitment to the Posts.

Procedure for Selection:

Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test / Written Examination carrying Maximum 85 Marks;

Shortlisting (based on the Test specific Minimum Qualifying Marks and Sufficient High Marks in Aggregate) for Personal Interview;

Personal Interview / Viva-voce carrying Maximum 15 Marks

Result (Final Select List, Merit List)

Final Select List shall be prepared taking into consideration Sufficient High Marks both in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Screening Test / Written Examination and Personal Interview taken together implying Category-wise Merit Lists.

Selection Criteria:

Final Selection to the Posts applied for by the Candidates shall be strictly in order of Merit. Haryana Staff Selection Commission shall place only Candidates with Sufficient High Marks both in the Written Test and Personal Interview on Final Merit Lists.

Documents To Be Submitted At The Time Of Personal Interview / Viva-voce:

All Original Certificates / Documents / Testimonials of the Educational Qualifications and other Documents mentioned in the Online Applications and one Set of Self-Attested Copies of all these Certificates.

Printed Copy of the Online Application Form along with the Latest Stamp Passport Size Photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer (GO) and pasted on the Application Form.

Original Proof of earlier Fee Deposited, i.e., Treasury Challan / Credit Certificate issued by concerned Treasury, etc.

The prescribed Essential Qualification does not entitle a Candidate to be called for Personal Interview. Haryana Staff Selection Commission, based on the Examinees’ individual Performance and Minimum Qualifying Marks Section-wise and Aggregate in Total in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test will shortlist the Candidates for Personal Interview by holding an Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination. The decision of the Commission in all he matters relating to Acceptance or Rejection of an Application, Eligibility / Suitability of the Candidates, Mode of, and Criteria For Selection etc., would be Final and binding on the Candidates. No Inquiry or Correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
