In view of the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan’s upcoming Notification for Recruitment to Grade III Teachers (I^st – V^th Standards) and (VI^th – VIII^thClasses) through Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2017 during 2017, we have been given to understand that the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan is likely to release before the 20^th of December 2016 Detailed Advertisement facilitating Recruitment of the REET 2017 Qualified Candidates in Third Grade Teachers’ Positions, we would like to state the input relevant to the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan notified Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2017.

We do anticipate the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan to conduct in February 2017 the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2017 in Forenoon – Afternoon / Morning – Afternoon Session and Afternoon Session / Post-Lunch Session for the ready reference of the candidates appearing in the upcoming Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2017. Rajasthan REET 2017-18 Exam Pattern/Scheme

All the Items in the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2016 – 17 shall be in the form of 150 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions (OTMCQs), with Four Alternatives out of which one Answer would be correct.

Each Correct Answer shall carry One (01) Mark with No Negative Marking for Wrong Answer submission by the Candidates.

Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2017 shall consist of Two Papers:

(i) Paper-I will be for a person who intends to be a Teacher for Classes I to V.

(ii) Paper-II will be for a person who intends to be a Teacher for Classes VI to VIII.

Note:

A Person who intends to be a Teacher for both Levels (Classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the Papers (Paper I and Paper II).

The Candidates, in order to be considered Eligible for being awarded / issued the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2016 / 2017 Qualifying Certificate, should exigently secure the Prescribed Community-wise Minimum Percentile Marks / Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks as cited in the Table. However, the Candidates with Maximum Marks / Higher Marks / Sufficiently High Marks in their respective Level would be placed on the Merit List to be drawn up by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education shall prepare the Category wise Merit List based on the performance and marks of the candidates.

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan shall release the e-Admit Cards / Hall Tickets Two Weeks prior to commencement of Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2017 likely to be conducted in all Districts of Rajasthan.
