Online Registration in response to Airports Authority of India Notification vide Recruitment of the Officers through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2016 in the positions of Junior Executive (Civil / Electrical / Electronics) against 200 (50+50+100) Vacancies is in progress with the Deadline for Online Application Forms closing on the 17th of October 2017.

Nota Bene:
Before applying for the Post, the Candidate should ensure that he / she fulfills the Eligibility and other Norms mentioned in the Advertisement. Furnishing of wrong / false information will be a Disqualification and AAI will not be responsible for any consequence of furnishing of such wrong/false information.
AAI Jr. Executive (Civil / Electrical / Electronics) e-Call Letters:
The Call letter for appearing for Document Verification would be transmitted to the Candidates through their Registered e-Mail Id. The Candidates shall not be allowed to appear for Document Verification without a Copy of the e-Call Letter issued to them.
The Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Marks shall be called Directly for Document Verification, which would be held at the Corporate Head Quarters, New Delhi.
The Airports Authority of India, post Scrutiny of the Candidates’ Credentials, shall call the Candidates for Verification of the Testimonials (Certificates / Documents). The Airports Authority of India may commence Dispatch / Issuance of the electronic Call Letters likely toward October-end 2017.
Based on the Screening and Eligibility to the Posts of Junior Executive (Civil / Electrical / Electronics) as Officers shall be based on the Details furnished / provided by the Candidate in the Online Application Form.
Procedure for Scrutiny, Selection:
- The Candidates already working in the Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking shall be required to furnish / submit / produce “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the present Employer at the time of Verification of the Testimonials including the Certificates and Documents. Other claims, such as, the Undertaking to resign in the event of Selection, acknowledged Copy of applied No-Objection-Certificate / Resignation Letter, Experience Certificate, etc., shall not be considered in place of the No-Objection-Certificate.
- During Verification of the Documents, the Candidate will have to furnish / produce their Original Certificates together with the proof of Identity and One Set of the Self-Attested Photocopies (SAPs) of the Certificates. If the Identity of the Candidate happed to being in doubt or he / she is not able to produce the requisite Documents or there was observed Mismatch in information in the Documents, then his / her Candidature shall be rejected. No Additional Time will be given for producing Original Documents.
- On finalization of the Document Verification, Selection to the Post will be made as per Merit List prepared on the basis of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Marks of the Applied Candidates.
- Appointment of the Successful Candidates will be subject to Verification of Various Original Documents relating to Age, Qualifications, and Caste & Medical Fitness Certificate.
