The Indian Air Force (IAF) has notified about the declaration of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)-2/ 2017 Result. IAF consequent to the organizing the AFCAT-2 exam on 27th August 2017 on the several Examination centres & evaluating the Answers sheets of the appeared candidates shall declare AFCAT-II & Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) Result on the website portal of the Commission as stated hereunder. All concerned aspirants by following the links may access the Result status afterwards.
AFCAT-2 (2017) Result: As per notification publicized the Indian Air Force would declare the Competitive result of the Air Force Common Admission Test-2/ 2017 and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) conducted on prescriptively stated dates 27th August at the website portal of the department here at www.examresults.me/ and careerairforce.nic.in after the evaluation & scrutiny of the Answers sheets.

All applicants whose partaken in the said AFCAT-2/ EKT tests by ensuing the result links by due date of proclaim of results will be able for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) (applicable only for candidates applying for technical branch) to be conducted on 27 August 2017 (Sunday) result.. Candidates will be required to login to their candidate login accounts regularly for information on AFCAT, EKT (if applicable) and AFSB testing.
AFCAT-2 Cut Off Cum Merit List 2017
The AFCAT-2/ EKT Exam was conducted on 27-08-2017 with time duration of two hours & 45 Minutes respectively & consisting multiple choice questions on verbal ability, numerical ability, reasoning, general awareness and military aptitude. Results of the AFCAT/EKT are likely to be available on IAF career website careerairforce.nic.in expectedly within 60 days of the Exam. (EKT- Engineering Knowledge Test conducted immediately after AFCAT).

The Indian Air Force (IAF) will issue the Request for SSB interview dates and Call Up Letter Which will be issued by the Department as the Official Annoucement for the candidates which got selected in the Written Examination and that will go through the Second Stage Process which includes Psychological test, Group Tests and Interview etc.
Post AFCAT -2 EKT 2017 Merit list: Intelligence Test & Interview
Candidates who are short-listed on the basis of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT/EKT) will be called for further testing at one of the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs) at Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar, Varanasi or Kancharapara.
The testing would consist of three stages as given hereunder:
- Stage-I Test consisting of Intelligence Test along with other tests will be conducted on the first day. Stage-I test is a screening test and only those who qualify would undergo subsequent testing. All Stage-I qualified candidates would be subjected to document check to ascertain their eligibility for the branches applied for. Those candidates who either do not qualify in Stage-I testing or do not meet the required eligibility criteria would be sent back on the first day itself.
- Stage-II testing consisting of Psychological test, Group Tests and Interview will be conducted on subsequent days (Five Days).
- For Flying Branch: CPSS (Computerised Pilot Selection System) and / PABT would be administered to eligible candidates
