The Examinations Regulation Authority (ERA), Basic Education Board (BEB), Uttar Pradesh, shall conclude on the 16th and 17th of August 2016 Counseling Process for Recruitment of the Candidates to the Posts of Assistant Teachers. The Basic Education, to host the First Round of Counseling, shall publish on the 21st of August 2016 (21.08.2016) in the Basic Education Board Website the District-wise Seat Allotment Status for the Merit Listed Candidates in Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) Special Education Streams.
The Basic Education Board shall conduct on the 24th of August 2016 (24.08.2016) the Second Round of Counseling, shall release / upload Merit List in the BEB Website.
And on the 26th of August 2016 (26.08.2016), the Basic Education shall conclude the Final Stage by issuing / releasing the Letters of Appointment. The B.El.Ed. and D.Ed. Special Education Candidates found Merit Listed and Eligible in both rounds of Counseling held on 21.08.2016 & 24.08.2016. The Candidates summoned on the 26.08.2016 District wise would be finally issued Appointment Letters / Joining Letters.

परीक्षा नियमन प्राधिकरण (ERA), बेसिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (BEB), उत्तर प्रदेश के सभी विद्यालयों में 16448 पदों के लिए असिस्टेंट टीचर (सहायक अध्यापक) के लिए काउन्सलिंग की प्रक्रिया का कार्यक्रम प्रकाशित कर दिया और 16 अगस्त से पहली काउन्सलिंग की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी |||||
Selection Criteria:
In order to be considered Category-wise / Community-wise Merit Listed for Selection through 1st / 2nd Counseling Rounds it is essential for the General Candidates having Minimum 90 Marks or 60% Marks and the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Other Backward Classes / Ex-Service Men / Dependents of the Freedom Fighters having score at least 82 Marks or 55% Marks in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
Final Selection to the 16448 Assistant Teachers shall be strictly based on the Final Merit List declared on the 26th of August 2016.
